If you have been in conversation with our Parish and wish to proceed with the Sacrament of Confirmation you have come to the right place! This page asks you to upload a copy of your Baptism Certificate and that of your Sponsor. We realise technology doesn't always work, and if you are having difficulties doing that please contact the Parish Office (02 4990 1551). The very last section provides a way to manually record that Baptism Certificates have been seen (sighted) by our Parish Office or Sacramental Team and is only required if you haven't been able to upload the documents. We recommend that you use the Chrome Web Browser. The steps involved are:

For the Sacrament of Confirmation each person who is confirmed needs a sponsor. This sponsor needs to be a confirmed Catholic. We need a copy of the sponsor's baptismal certificate for our records. Original baptism certificates do not include the confirmation details. The person who is the sponsor needs to phone or email the Parish where they were baptised and ask for an 'extract' of their baptism certificate to be sent to them. This means that the sponsor's parish will provide information from the sponsor's baptism record in the Parish Baptism Registry. Make sure to ask the parish that they record the details of the sponsor's confirmation on the 'Baptism Extract' document. The procedure for uploading is the same as above:
